Inspired by the camera work of Nascar and my love for all things Porsche, I decided to film an episode of the Financial show, ETF in 60, that I produce for finz.tv inside a 1969 Porsche 912. One thing I would do differently now would be capture better audio through my new Lavalier microphones.

Scenes for this intro were shot in the streets of Florence, Italy. We created a episodic series called TradersontheRun as part of the Finz.tv TraderChat ongoing series. Utilizing Twitter we updated traders via our twitter updates on a trip that started in Frankfurt, Germany through the Alps into Switzerland and ending in Florence. We relied heavily on our pocket flip cams with surprising success, as we correctly navigated a pivotal time in financial markets. American born Italian, Traderalamo, also approved of the cuisine, adding on a few extra pounds at trip’s end. And we are not talking currency here either. I love the opening shot of the statue of Dante Alighieri in front of a very famous church.
